A new design
I have spent quite a lot of time to make this new design, and I like the result. The high contrast, the visual feedback when traversing links with the TAB key, and the fine tuned CSS rules make it quite accessible. Even with this fancy layout, it remains printer friendly and will render using an elegant, compact layout when printed (try the Print Preview option in your browser).
